Since our journals and resources are digital products that you receive access to right after checkout, all sales are final once your digital content has been delivered. Digital delivery

All Level Up Daily products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Access instructions are provided after a successful purchase using the delivery method shown during checkout.

Final sale after access

Because digital content is made available promptly after purchase and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item, purchases are non-refundable once digital access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
